What do you have to lose?
Creating your dream physique is a far simpler task than you have been led to believe. The difficulty, however, is the day-to-day application of those principles amid a busy and demanding life.
We haven't reinvented the wheel, we don't have any fancy tactics, we just know how to consistently get you doing what works in a consistent and reliable fashion.
We prioritise, above all else, our clients belief and trust in the coaching being delivered to them. To protect that trust we structure our coaching around a daily communication protocol so that you know why, what and how everything is happening each step of the way.

The purpose of the consultation is to identify 2 key areas. Firstly that you have an issue that I am qualified to solve and secondly that you are happy with my method of solving it. Once both of these points have been successfully established ( traditionally done through me walking you through a presentation showing you the ins and outs of my coaching model ) we can then move onto our onboarding phase.
The onboarding phase is a week-long introductory phase which works to establish the precise method and strategy to solve your issue and gives you an opportunity to give me enough information to allow for the successful construction of your coaching apparatus. This is done through an onboarding call where we set about your chief aims and desires for the program. I then take 2-3 days to build a strategy to achieve those goals which reverse engineers back from your chief aim into a set of daily and weekly targets. Once I have created said strategy we then meet for a second time for our first strategy call where I lay out the plan to you and we then get to work on implementation of immediate changes. The entirety of the coaching is delivered through our own app.
The implementation of the necessary dietary and training protocols is monitored daily through daily progress reports which will be a set series of questions you must answer daily. The sole purpose of these progress reports is to monitor your adherence to the established protocols. I can then provide the necessary accountability and guidance through daily feedback to you on your adherence to said protocols. This will be where the lion's share of coaching takes place, the daily progress reports are a vital part of our coaching.
Each week we will chat on the phone for 15 minutes. The purpose of this chat is to take the data from your daily progress reports and from your weekly check in ( this is a metric based check in which takes your weight and progress photos ) and assess what went well and what needs to be worked on. This is a self-explanatory process but when done consistently in conjunction with the daily progress reports leads to changed lives.

Tom had been dragged along to the gym many times by friends but had never left feeling satisfied and had never felt his training would ever lead to any changes in his body. Under the right tutelage Tom added well over a stone of lean mass, ran a marathon (with Rob) and has permanently engraved the idea of personal development through physical transformation into his soul.
You will start seeing value from the program immediately. From day 1 we start implementing the proper habits and protocols into your life that lead to your results. The actual time frame that you can expect to see changes in the mirror depends totally on your own adherence to the program and the intensity and precision with which you do so. There are a myriad of other factors that may increase or decrease the speed at which you start to see results, your physical starting point for instance, or your genetics, the list is endless.
On average you will start to notice differences by week 2 and those around you will start to notice differences by week 4. Although if you’re serious about changing your life, your concern should be less on the speed with which you’ll see results and more so on establishing protocols and behavioral changes that will set you up for the rest of your life. We focus on creating lifestyles that necessitate you being in shape, once the lifestyle change has been made the changes in your physique happen naturally.
There is a 31 day grace period at the start of the program whereby if you don’t like me or I have failed to get you your results you are free to be excused from the program. If you don’t achieve your results on this program which is of course possible, there are a series of interventionary measures we will employ. Firstly we will have to assess your actual adherence to the program which is done day-to-day by me anyway through your daily progress reports. If you have hit your calories everyday, been doing your sessions consistently, checked in with me daily and upheld the standards of the program, it is physically impossible for your body not to change.
However, if I fail to meet the standards I set out to you and fail to uphold my end of the bargain and you don’t get results due to my misgivings a full refund would be appropriate, although I must add this has never happened.
Yes, of course, we reverse engineer back from what the most effective protocol would be for you to achieve your results and we then accommodate that protocol around your life. This is called the ‘bliss point protocol’ where we find the bliss point between what is most effective and what is doable for you. I love when clients play sports and have other fitness interests and it contextualises the training that you will do with me and means that most cardio requirements will be taken care of.
Overall not only is it not an issue that you’re doing other fitness activities, it is actually a good thing
Yes, this is a completely bespoke coaching service that is designed to take you from where you are now to where you see yourself in 6 months. I take your 6 month projection of where you see yourself ( this is information I obtained on our strategy call ) and reverse engineer back from that 6 month goal into a daily process. The daily process is different for each client as each client is coming from a totally different training background, has a different schedule and lifestyle, has different goals etc etc.
It is my job to close the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. So, each starting position is catered for accordingly.
You can join the program at any time as it is totally bespoke, the day you start the program is day one of your journey with me and there is no demand that this be any fixed date. It is totally at your discretion.
